dude, you'd love it. all veggies: mushrooms, green peppers, onions, celery and squash, and then a little tomato sauce, some tomato paste, a teeny bit of ketchup, and spices: coriander, cumin, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, and some curry. i swear it's delicious!!!
