Help!

Neopets hasn't been working lately for me. I think I got some kinda Norton Internet Security update that might be blocking it.

Can someone help me?

Pictures and links aren't showing up.

Sounds like a browser problem... check your Internet Options and make sure that your security levels aren't too high. If you are using Internet Explorer go to Tools->Internet Options and check all the tabs for any settings that have to do with images and that sort of thing.

I tried that, but it still doesn't work

You can always add neopets.com to the list of approved websites in Norton. I don't know where it would be, but that might help it. Also make sure that you have the latest flash player installed, and that Norton isn't blocking that. Check for anything to do with ads in Norton.

I was having some trouble with the pictures and links on the site when I was using IE 6, but since I switched to Firefox I haven't had any issues like that.
