I went back through the entries I wrote in my Deadjournal (www.deadjournal.com/users/sour_boyy) and came to the conclusion that I was a lot more perceptive and ahead of my time when I was 16. I took the time to notice things and write meaningful words, instead of pictures of New York and images from gossip columns. I took the time to pick apart

Bats in the city? I never knew.

We have bats here, but they're cute. You can throw a pebble in the air and watch them chase it.

Of course they best part is when they eat mosquitos.
