Actually, two things happened and caused a third. 1) It's JUNE, also known as the sixth month of 2011, how did that happen? 2) This showed up on my flist and my resulting excitement reminded me that actually, yeah, I love Final Fantasy XIII with all my heart. This sounds interesting. I'm trying not to let my brain go into FFX-2 territory here. *shivers*

I think you can sell this story. And I totally love the idea of Hope as some sort of fanboy. Poor Hope! He's got about five years before he's useful to anyone.

Sazh as the manager...I just can't help but have an image of Sazh in my head wearing a fur coat. Maybe some bell bottoms and a gold chain.

That's horrible, I know it. But it might be funny if someone (Fang!) makes him wear some hideous outfit as part of his 'character.' LOL!

Haven't played X-2, but when I say 'band,' we're talking rock and roll - you know, The Runaways covers, etc. (Actually, the whole idea started out with the mental image of Fang knocking "Cherry Bomb" out of the park.) I'm glad you think the idea is going to work. (And nah, Sazh is mostly going to be wrestling with labels and organization and things like that, so he gets suits. Mmmm. Or at least I think so - research time!)

I really don't remember X-2 well (I played it whenever it was released, but I didn't finish it.) I seem to remember something about the three girls being some sort of Pop band though. Perhaps I hallucinated it. That's entirely possible ( ... )
