haha first upload it onto a picture hosting site (mypicgallery.com) and then right click it to where you find it's properties and then to where you get it's web address (URL) and copy it and then come back to your journal entry you want it in and type
[img src=pastewebaddresshere] except replace the [] with < >. Got it? If you need help, im me.
