back to work...

so i have orientation at my new work tomorrow morning at 9:30am. and then i have training tuesday-friday at 8:00am and then i'm on my own saturday and sunday at 8:30am. i'm not thrilled about the mornings, not gonna lie but it's work and i desperately need a paycheck

dude i know what you're saying about not being 21 anymore.. ugh how did this happen? i get tired after my job of sitting all day and when i was trying on some clothes today i noticed my once perky parts look like they're ready to go down for a nap too.
wait, i meant to make this comment about how i would keep myself busy when i visit so dont feel bad about having to work. also i'm saggy. dammit!

ohh i hear yeah. i would straight up murder someone to have the body i had in highschool.

and i will probably have to work while your hear but i'm gonna try and get four days off. when do you come again? just so i can prepare to ask for time off.

remember when we used to work 304 hours a day and then waste our money at beantrees and kazs?

i felt like a mexican with amount of jobs i held down.

god i know! today my boss asked if i mind split shifts and was all "i prefer to work straight through cuz i get tired if i get to rest in between but i don't mind them. as long as it's not 6 days a week for 3 months straight." (ie. the fairmont algonquin) and he was like "no, never. i try my hardest not to have splits cuz i know people aren't at their best on round two but it might happen every so often"

of course i always end up volunteering for more hours and more shifts cuz i'm always so broke. being a grown up sucks.
