so my roommate isn't coming back till the fall. well, she's 90% sure she isn't coming back till the fall. there's some very unfortunate business going down with her family back in ontario and she needs to stay there for the summer.

anyone wanna come out and sublet a furnished room in vancouver for about 5 months? lexi, i'm looking at you.

i just can't remember who it is. it's a sister or cousin of someone. you want me to ask around?

not just yet. we'd prefer it to be someone we know so there are no real surprises. we're also used to it just being us so it'd probably be better for someone who knows us. less adjustment.

we might have a few options.

we both agreed you would be awesome to live with but i knew you wouldn't wanna move again come fall and that you wouldn't do that to azzadah (did i spell that right? probably not)

yeah i thought of you too but i figured you had to many commitments to worry about (pets, demanding job, boyfriend, apartment) and the possibility of a new, better job.

cept i am just moving into a new apt for this month meaning id have to find a sublet for my house in the summer. otherwise id so do it.

but i am definitely coming out in may, probably around may 7th and ill stay for about a week. i think my dad is going to book my ticket thursday.

you could totally sublet your new place to a fellow university student for the summer. then you can come and live and work in vancouver for the summer. you can go to the beach every day and walk around stanley park and we'll drink and bbq and give our empties to the bums that patrol the alley. it'll be awesome.
