He still wears it because Billy never took it off him. Billy doesn't need Dom to be naked to take what he wants.

I've decided writing angst is way more fun than reading it.

Writing angst is definitely fun. Too much, sometimes, to the point when I wonder if I'm doing it for my own mental wankage, lol. I have a fic I can't bring myself to finish because it's not the "and they lived happily ever after" kind, but it won't go away either. Maybe I need to exorcise it or something :D.

Speaking about reading angst--have you read Invincible by algernon_mouse and pinn2480? It will rip your heart to pieces, but it's so well-written, it's totally worth it.
