This is the first day of my spring break and I have a cold! My plan for today was to take my car three blocks away for an oil change and all that, but the weather is cold and rainy. This calls for major pampering. A cold is sheer misery. I've never understood why an illness that can make you feel so bad for so long never gets any respect. I am always taken aback when someone says, "It's just a cold." Anything that knocks you down is not "just" anything.
