I have decided to go on a diet, i think i could lose some weight, and so far, its going well, so far, i mean today, i ran on the treadmill for like 10 minutes, and did 50 leg squeezer thingies, then came in and took a shower, and for lunch i had a granola bar, and a yogurt, i really could use some motivation, so if ya ever wanna im me, or just talk
