Football ramblings.

Ugh, I am a nervous wreck today. I feel like I'm going to throw up. Why, you may ask yourself. Or not, whatever. ANYWAY, today is the SEC Championship and my beloved Crimson Tide is going up against the Tebow Child and his Florida team ( Read more... )

My roommate is a huge FL fan, I'm a huge Bama fan... She's been celebrating this victory for a week, so I really hope Bama wins just to shut her up! Haha. And also because I want Bama to win and go to the national championship! :) So glad I'm not at home though, my dad becomes a nervous wreck! lol.

ROLL TIDE!

The Cincy game just got really interesting! Seems like they're about to win :)

The Cincy game was awesome! I shouldn't be surprised they pulled it out but I kinda am.

OH SHITE, I AM SO NERVOUS. I honestly think Alabama has a fantastic shot at winning.

RTR!!!

I can't believe how fast a season flies. But I am so pumped.

I can't stand Tebow, but I don't really blame him for that. I blame the media who hangs on his every word. Maybe, if I didn't have to listen to his voice every single Sports Center, game wrap up, etc, I wouldn't be as annoyed. But I give the guy his due, he's a pretty dang good college QB.

With that said, I much much much prefer Ingram. Putting aside the huge plus that playing for Bama is in my book, his story is great and he seems humble. Hearing him talk about his dad was sweet.

The other game I'll be watching is Texas/Nebraska. If the Fuskers (who I loathe) pull off the upset, fit's gonna hit the shan in the BCS. What else is new?

I'm dreading listening to Gary Danielson waxing endlessly about the legend of Tebow.

Good lord, I am getting so DADGUM NERVOUS. I think Alabama will win, I truly do, but there are so many X factors, it's ridiculous.

Ingram is outstanding. No question about that. I hope he has a great game today, not so much for his Heisman run (although that would be fantastic!) but for his peace of mind. I think the Iron Bowl really shook his confidence. Come on, Ingram, you can do it!!!!

ROLL TIDE ROLL!!!! OH MY GOD I LOVE THIS TEAM SO FREAKING MUCH.

I don't blame Ingram for his performance in the Iron Bowl. Auburn came in saying "No matter what, Ingram will not beat us." But because they focused their attention on him, others stepped up.

I feel like my keyboard should have a "ROLL TIDE" key for how many times I say it this time of year. But anyways, ROLL TIDE. Let's get this shit started.

Congrats on your win. Yea, verily, the Tebow thing is so syrupy as to be sick. It was kind of nice that the announcers finally started to notice that he is actually kind of a very flawed quarterback despite his apostolic qualities. I guess they forgot how awesome Vince Young was...
