Katara curled up on her bed, looking out the window up at the night sky. She didn't think she could see the eclipse from this angle, but it seemed safer than going outside to look.

It was hard to say exactly what it was. A tightness. Something sharp and strained, like a domingon string about to snap. Not that he'd ever seen a domingon, but that's what Nanny would say when Elphaba was in a particular Mood. It felt like that.

A servant's instincts made him look around and eventually into the room, where he saw--
"Are you all right?"
She didn't look all right, not that he was likely to be any help. Ugh, especially green.
