Harry Potter 7

I just finished Book 7. Very sad the series has to end.

I did have some problems with Book 7 but they are very minor. Overall I loved the book and the rest of the series.

No Spoilers here but I guessed right on who dies except for 1, was kind of shocked.

I hated how ridiculously predictably it was. I don't want to give anything away for the readers who haven't read it yet, but damn! Aside from all the death, and some key deaths of characters that I've loved throughout the series it was very difficult to read. I do have to say, the last chapter, no matter how predictable it was, was very beautiful and silly, and I love how they honored the past. Geesh, it's hard being ambiguous.

Looking forward

I'm looking forward to reading it - always takes me a while to get around to reading books. I decided to start rerading the Harry Potter books about 2 years ago, bought the first 6 books in paperback. They made great reading at the airport and on the plane when I was traveling home to the UK to see my sick mum.
