A couple of people have asked for the recipes for the bread I've made today. I'll share those, along with the other two my aunt sent me. I've had the chance to try all 4, and they are all delicious.
I have this huge zucc and I want to make a zucc bread. It's pretty overgrown and I'm wondering if I should not use the seeds, like in some squashes? I don't want that bitter icky taste to come through.
