Good points. Just a couple of clarifications, according to a police officer friend of mine, Rio De Janero, Brazil and Johannesburg, South Africa tie for probably the most dangerous cities in the world outside of those in Iraq. Even the most dangerous city in America is/was Detroit. Although, NOLA was probabaly RIGHT behind them in that category.
