Pre-Nuptual Agreements

What is your opinion on them? I think that they can be the most unromantic thing. It almost seems like you are preparing for failure. BUT, pre-nups aren't only what those involved in the marriage get in case of divorce, its supposed to be an agreement of what the marriage will be too...

pre-nup=marriage in automatic failure! You shuldn't have to sign a pre-nup with the person you love! And if you do really love them then it should be a "whats mine is yours, and whats yours is mine!

I wouldn't be able to enter a marriage relationship having to sign a pre-nup. It would say to me that my future spouse doesn't trust me before he even married me and that situation is doomed for failure.

Since my husband and I started our marriage with nothing but love, it was never an issue.
