I guess that just as we treat dogs as part of the family, they really do feel certain emotions too. You saw that in the excitement Wonderdog felt when she heard you over the cam. The only problem is that she doesnt have the level of intelligence to understand what exactly is going on. She knows something's wrong and she can feel your emotions too, and she's sad, but can't express it.

I hope you're doing ok. I won't say you ARE ok, because I doubt you are. But I hope you're feeling a little bit better at least *hug*

I am so sorry, honey. I wish I knew you better. I can't say I understand, as the only things I have lost are dogs, cats and horses that have been incredibly dear to me. *offers a hug, but understands if she doesn't want it*

Poor baby Wonderdog. It is so not fair. :-/
