I didn't even recognise him the first time I saw that movie. It was only afterwards when I was trying to find a pix of the character that I found out it was actually Raul.

Despite his health, you can tell that Raul loved playing that role with the way he hamms it up. He's the only redeaming feature of an otherwise autrocious Van Damme vehicle.
