I know this is going to sound really emo, but to those superfriends that read my blog, you will understand. I cried from listening to music for the first time ever. The song wasn't terrible subtle, but it was so incredibly meaningful to me. The song was Do You Realize by the Flaming Lips. The lyrics are as follows

It'sa powerful song. It was sometimes in the rotation to play on the overhead speakers at the cafe.. during one opening, a co-worker started tearing up and then crying because she realized she'd just nonchalantly hummed along to the line "-that everyone you know will someday die."
