True! But in semi-canonical defense, maybe like the 10th Doctor getting his hand lobbed off then growing it back, damage--from a subsequent explosion?--after the primary regeneration healed by the residual radiation... and such a nerd.

Then again... I don't know. Like I said. It wasn't really intended as a Who project! I just thought it was neat to look at and maybe would spawn some reaction/inspiration. Thanks for lookin'!
