I wish I could be of help but just because I've dealt with depression for the last, oh, 30 years or so, doesn't mean that what works for me will work for you. Reframing is one of the things that work for me - specifically, keeping my depression in the realm of the physical and out of the realm of the cognitive. Regardless, do find the keys that work for you. You're one of the gems that I've run into in this world.
