Jessie's Back, Back Again

I started a bank job. A job at bank, not a heist. It’s kind of awesome, as lame as that sounds. I have lots of free time in which there is nothing that I’m supposed to be doing so I can use the internet, play spider solitaire, or read to my heart’s content. Or I can chat with my sassy coworkers ( Read more... )

What bank? Are you a member of FDIC? Do you watch The Food Network in the afternoon like the people in my bank do?

PS: Go for double suit. It's harder.

I can't disclose the name of the bank for they will track me down on the internet and see the naughty things I post! However, I assure you that we are a member of the FDIC. Everything is on the up and up.

We do not watch food network during bank hours. In fact, from my (very own, yay!) station, I can't see the giant TV at all. Though, when the bank closes the head teller turns on the Cosby show and watches it in the glass doors.

I double suited today and I won. But when I play that, I rely too heavily on the cheat and it makes me feel dirty.

P.S. I miss you and you need to come and have an ice cream potato with me.

P.S. Tim Gunn's Guide to Style is my new favorite makeover show. Veronica Webb needs to be my new best friend. Or my new giant big sister.

All of this is very exciting for everyone, I'm sure. I have a Kid Nation post in the works that will be sure to please, as well.

I don't have an opinion on Guide to Style or Veronica Webb. However I did think it was weird that I saw a commericial for the season finale when the episode they showed was one I had already seen. Also, I have an issue with the virtual body model that they use to show what kind of new outfits they should look for. Its horrible, and no one looks good even in the new, fake clothes.

I'm not a big fan of the Optitex, either. For some reason it gives everyone white skin and a sensible ponytail. They can program in 28 measurements but they can't change the virtual model's skin color or hair style?
