I slept until 2 pm today. I haven't done that in...well, since I was here not working. I don't know why, but I felt the need to stay up until 5 am last "night"...and most of that time was spent telling Scott about how bored I was.

Less than 12 hours ago I was in the lovely state of Tennessee (which I may or may not have spelled correctly). I had a grand time there with Rach, Tocky, and not enough Mexican popsicles. It was hot. I've watched enough TV (in the background while wrapping late birthday presents/making late cards and perusing the internet) to have two networks restart their programming on me.
Carson Daly and Jay Leno are NOT funny. NOT FUNNY AT ALL. It makes me sad for America. Honestly.

I just got an email that begged the question: Should Paris Hilton be punished for making crank calls to her friends? And I think that the answer to this will be a resounding yes. Also, if you find yourself bored and in front of a computer (who ever finds themselves in that situation), this is a nice distraction.

I did not go to work today - but, I did feel legitimately sick (though, I probably could have dealt with it AND worked, but what's the fun in that?) I haden't called out in about 3 months, however, and since the staff was well stocked, I didn't feel so bad. But if I get hell about it when I go back tomorrow, I'm going to be so pissed. Um, anyway. I have her single stuck in my head almost constantly...and, I don't hate it. I also watch her show, and even though she's useless and her life is boring, I can't turn away! I think it's because I'm mesmerized by her bangs. They're huge and I go from thinking they're ridiculous to wanting them desperately.
