Dolphins!!

I'm in the Santa Monica office this week and I just got back to my desk and my boss turns to me and says, "Jennifer, look!  Dolphins!"  And sure enough I turn around to look out the sliding glass door to see some dolphins frolicking in the ocean with some birds following them around.  Life is rough here in the Santa Monica office

Austin will have its upsides too, I'm sure. (I say this in all confidence in spite of knowing NOTHING WHATSOEVER about Austin, other than that it's in, er, Texas?)

But wow. Dolphins from out the office window. That's really something.

Yes. Santa Monica spoiled me. Well, I think it spoils a lot of people. I'm enjoying Austin (yes, in Texas - but it's the tiniest spot of blue in the big and scary red state!) and haven't yet had any "Oh my goodness, what did I do moving to Austin?" moments but, no, I won't be seeing dolphins out my window there any time soon. At least I hope not! :)
