Well...
Tim is Harry Potter:
Tim and Harry both don't do homework- yet they are smart and pull off not too bad grades.
Tim and Harry both like to be late to important things. Ex: Harry is late to the first banquet each year at Hogwarts. Tim is late to plays. And other things. (Did NOT mean that in a nasty way tim! It's just true!)
Tim would most certainly back talk and complain about a teacher who's being an ass like Snape, as does Harry.
Tim is NOT Harry Potter:
Tim wouldn't pass up the opportunity to have unlimited food (specificly dessert) in the banquet hall.
Tim would not try out for Quidditch. Tim Is not an sportsie jock. Harry on the other hand loves Quidditch.
Tim wouldn't let a jerk like Malfoy push him around and get make him look bad. Harry on the other hand (except on some occasions) lets Malfoy win (although the blame partially goes to Hermoine for being way too logical. Stupid rational girl!).

There ya have it- it will always be a mystery...

Tim Matthews is not Batman.
Tim Matthews does not have awesome theme music... in addition to that there is not a POW on the screen when Tim Matthews Punches.

Nick the first time I saw your profile pic I thought you were a woman. I am sorry. :^p

After much deliberation, an un-named friend from camp and I have come to the conclusion that whether or not you are in fact Harry Potter, your phisical likeness could in fact be a profit generator for a poor college student. We were thinking along the lines of "Hire Harry Potter as your date to a frat party!", and your business cards could have the comparison picture on them. :)
