Back from second vacation to Western Pennsylvania. Three picnics in three days. Saw all the relatives I think I have and some I didn't know I had. Went to a Drive In Movie. Leaving for vacation 2.0 this evening. Pennsylvania bound. Son and granddaughter backed out of trip so it will be just the wife and I. This could mean more romance in the trip. While I was on vacation, I left some chores for the boy to do. Clean out the gutters on the shop and house, he broke the ladder. Do the dishes after meals, he broke the dishwasher. Yes, I'm back. I didn't want to come back, but I did. Arizona was fantastic! I stayed in Surprise (north west of Phoenix) Visited Jerome a couple of hours north and then Sedona an hour farther up. I made it. Now I'm relaxed in the nice 105 degree desert air. I actually felt hotter in Virginia at 85 with the humidity. We are planing to go into the White Tanks mountains so I can take pictures. Leaving today for Phoenix and the hot dry desert. Can't wait. I have been needing a rest for a while. Nothing to do but relax and enjoy myself for a week. I forgot to mention that the Queen was here in Virginia last week to visit Jamestown. My wife made the comment to me: "The Queen of England comes to Virginia to visit and we feed her fish in a tent." So much for a grand welcome. The president didn't even come. I guess he didn't like fish.
