wow, you two were up late! i only scored about an hour of shut-eye before my alarm clock came beeping into my coma and knocked me out fuzzsleepyum :( don't think it was puja-related (could be, who knows?!) but i seem to suffer from insomnia every time the seasons shift... weeks of restless nights, staring at the ceiling hundreds of breaths in shoulder-stand and every possible attempt to slow down my heartbeat... yet still i'm blinking as alertly as if i'd just downed some dirtjuice and then tried to climb into bed :/
i don't think i've had a good night's sleep in almost a month!
puja was so lovely though, a beautiful chance to reconnect with our voices, feel our feet fall asleep and eat grapes blessed by the divine mother! glad you guyzez made it :)
didn't think you'd make it in time last nite they were pleasantly surprised by the turn out anna was a wonderfully talented facilitator in addition to having a lovely voice and a long memory! i dunno... sanskrit chanted just rolls so quickly it's hard not to think of the syllables arising from meditative states i quite enjoyed the dynamic meditative aspect of plucking petals from my heart to add to the offering
fell asleep with the moon bright in my eyes woke up to a sunny morning with birds chirping somehow energized after only a few hours of sleep the coffee at work today is so bitter! have a good day, remember to sing with dem birdies!
