*It takes him a moment or two with all the painkillers in his system for him to become fully conscious and realize that someone is there. He tries to sit up but changes his mind with the pain that flairs up in his abdomen.*

Heh. You're right about that. I think we both have spent twice as much time in here just by waiting for the other to wake up.

Physically? I feel like I've been run through. Which is an accurate description. Mentally? I'm exhausted from trying to fight ZERO and keep it from overwhelming me.

And yeah, it's hard to tell the difference between hospital food and horse shit sometimes, but it's better than nothing, I guess.

It's okay. I was the one who went in there without Cagalli to back me up. But it was something that needed to be done. And even though I was stabbed, I still technically won.

I won't lie. Getting stabbed hurts just as much, if not worse, as getting shot is.

Still hurts, but at least I don't feel like I'm going to pass out from the pain anymore. Thank you for getting me out of there.
