Yesterday Erik decided to NOT nap. By the time we got home from Walmart at 830 he was over tired and on a second wind. After spending two hours trying to put him down Michael brought him to bed. BIG MISTAKE. I think it was a nice way of saying "Honey, it's your turn". So I humored Erik for a few minuted before taking him back to his crib. I tried

We ended up buying a little potty, but the girls were never interested in it. They always wanted to use the big potty, so I went and got the little seat and Alice trained in no time! I ended up giving the little seat to Grandpa to keep at his house for the one day a week he keeps them - and then we borrow it back when we go camping because their choices there are limited to portapotty and the woods. It's much easier for me to carry the full potty over and clean it out every morning than to try and get them to use the port-a-potty, and letting them go in the woods (like my mom did last year) opened a WHOLE can of worms. I kept catching them squatting against trees in the back - and front! - yard. It took the rest of the summer to get them to actually come in to use the potty. *sigh* LOL
