You'd think they'd learn to light the ceiling in Paris so that they aren't shadows in the sky.

You know, I didn't even notice that. You really have a point, especially given the amount of attention that goes into every other detail of that place.

I remember that from my trip a few years back. Which is exceptional, because I was really everso intoxicated.

It was great! I kind of got to do three little mini trips in one. I don't think there's anything I enjoy more than travel. If I don't have a trip in the works, I become restless and crazy.

You should go somewhere! Take your family with you!

some of those photos are darn nice. i thought it was a magazine pictorial at first. did you do these with a fancy camera?

Thanks! I actually took them all on my new little $160 point-and-shoot. I always feel like I should take the time to learn how to take real photos on a fancy SLR, but the truth is the convenience of a tiny camera always prevails. I mean, am I really going to lug a big-ass expensive camera around in Vegas or to the beach? Nope.
