Shit...I've been doing graphics for years and lemme tell ya....those are some fucked up specs. Oy. I think, to follow their specifications, you should do what you planned. Or, if you know how, create it in Photoshop instead of Word. Since (I think) the specs are wrong you might need to do it over anyway. Or someone on their staff will........at like 3 AM....oy.

Damn, I was hoping that the answer was more like... Oh, that really just means don't make it bigger than 2" x 3". Unfortunately, I have no Photoshop or anything really besides Word... and my time frame is of course tighter than a rubber band. Oh well, I can only do the best I can, right?

well it does kind of mean that. it means make it a tif that is no bigger than 3.5 x 3.1. that's a pretty tiny press release.

but you can't make a tif in word, as far as i can figure out.

deb is right, someone else will do it at 3 am.

Well, it's an "announcement" kinda thing - you know like to say "We're changing our name!" or "Homer Simpson just made senior partner!" kinda thing, so it doesn't need to be very big. Oh fucking hell.

Okay. So can I just send a Word file and they will go "idiot." and fix it ya think?
