I just finished reading Wicked. Only like 10 years after everyone else, but whatever! Loved it! Was trying to talk to DH about it, but he didn't really seem to give a flying fuck. I loved Wicked! He also wrote some other books, Tales from the Ugly Stepsister, Mirror, Mirror and Lost. I didn't really like Lost but the other two are just awesome :)

That sucks about your boss :( Please tell me her husband is either cooling his heels in a holding cell or, at the very least, our of the house and there's a restraining order on him.

He is out of jail now I think, and when I went into work he had not attempted to contact or harrass her yet. She is very anxious about another confrontation - understandably!

I picked up Son of a Witch today ;o) Thanks for the tip about Lost - I will likely skip that.

Yayyy! You're back! I tried to reply to your post from my email, but I guess it doesn't like me doing that now, because my reply didn't show up. I hope you show up in SL soon, I keep thinking how much you'll like it... especially shopping and going to the club. I've got a job there, so I'm on from 7-9am your time every single day... every... single... day... (and sometimes I'm one much more than that) but it's good to have some adult conversation in my life!

anyway, I'm trying to make money to get my car fixed... it should take another couple of weeks at the rate I'm going... then I can go shopping again :/

Second Life, kook! I'm still waiting impatiently for you to show up there. We are still in Hebron, of course. I wish you could come and visit in real life... maybe someday I'll get to go back to Colorado for a visit :(

Was the book really that great? the ex loved it...but I might have been biased against it just for that reason.

She did pick out fairly decent books, horrible movies, though.
Never would have read Neverwhere if not for her.
