best summer ever

I've been remiss for updating this summer, but I've been so busy having fun! I really mean it when I say that this was quite possibly the best summer I have ever had, certainly the best in recent memory. The friends I made were amazing people, we are still all in contact thanks to Brian's listserve he made. I went camping/white water rafting this

yesterday todd and i went to a cajun restaurant, and i ordered some tofu veggie thing, like a gumbo kinda. i get it, stick my fork in and find shrimp! even though i used to like it, it really grossed me out! but ugh, mussells are gross, big squirmy blobs.

anyway, i'm glad you had such a lovely summer, and i'll see you when i get back thursday, huzzah!
