It bothers me that, in public schools, 'special needs' students get 11 cents of a dollar, regular students get 7 cents, and the smart/gifted kids get 4 cents. (if you do the math, that's 15 cents, 7 cents and 11 cents, respectively). Someone should start a program of mandatory mongoloid extermination! SAVE OUR SOULS AND OUR POCKETBOOKS!
