My roommates and I ate at Thai Rama tonight, which replaced Char's, on University just East of Rural. Char's was there forever and I know Thai Rama has at least one other location in the valley. Having been to Char's in the past and finding it decent but not understanding why it was held in such high regard, I was curious to see what Thai Rama had
