Pretty much every keyboard I've had I've spilled beverages on. The Amiga ones survived unscathed, but the PC ones just sorta crapped out. Except one. My old-skool Compaq keyboard we got with our 486. The one I learned to play First-Person-Shooters on. That's what I'm using to this day. If it ever screws up, I'll be sad.
It's always sad when a precious thing like that dies. Similar to losing a pet, the death of a computer appliance can make the world seem to stop. You may be unable to communicate with others (mostly because you are unable to type to them), you may feel lost or alone, and you could have trouble dealing with the feelings that come with all of this. I hope that you are able to learn to cope with this loss. Please be consoled in the following quote that has helped me cope with computer problem so many times.
