No, I don't know why I'm watching Russian cartoons either.

Oh well.

The hedgehog character reminds me of my daughter. (She's all about the flowers.) Now if only I had the slightest idea what they were saying. "Flaming death forever to the bourgeois running-dog capitalist stooges", something along those lines I suppose.

Most of it is about counting flowers, but I'm not sure they're using Russian.

[word I don't recognize], [word I don't recognize], three, [word I don't recognize], five, six, seven. They do that like a million times. @.@

They're enumerating the teeming masses that will soon be part of the glorious revolution!

Looking at it again I think what I like about this thing is how depressed the little hedgehog seems to be in the beginning. It looks positively dreary as it wanders into frame. (Note the heartfelt sigh.) Somehow the field of flowers makes all the hurt go away. At least for now...

The smurfs would of made a good Soviet cartoon. They seem to live a very communistic existence in their little village. They all dress alike, sing in unison, substitute their party slogan (Smurfy!) in place of random words while speaking...
