Bureaucracy alive and well in Wisconsin

The local news media have been having a field day with this one: there's road construction around Green Lake, WI. (Surprise!) Traffic has been rerouted. Speaking of automotive news items, you don't know anything about that '50 Ford they pulled out of a lake in Madison, do you? Something about a missing persons case?

I'll look through the paper to see if I can find the article. These were apparently a couple of guys who had gone missing years ago (I'm thinking 30 or so, but it may not have been that long. If I can find the article, I'll bring it with me this weekend.

Straight out of a tv cop show, isn't it, except that "foul play is not suspected."
