What if the water heater doesn't fit? Are they gonna reimburse you for not having hot water for a few weeks? Your new water heater looks hella fancy. Oh and what did you write a letter to pacific power about? I usually just send them checks without having to write letters, but then again I'm on SMUD, so maybe they don't need letters.

They took out the door frame and door to put the new water heater in. It fits, but now they need to re-do the door.

I sent a letter to Pacific Power to get on the low income assistance program-- they take 20% off your bill for being poor. You should see if SMUD does that.
