OF COURSE I don't have any experience in [insert field]. How am I supposed to gain experience when the only ones who are ever hired are the people who already have experience?
(hugs) The Catch-22 of the professional lifestyle. Totally the same problem I face in the industry I'm trying to make a career out of.

I hear you on this one. The other killer was for certain engineering postions that stated, "You must have a CGPA equivalent to a 3.0 on 4.0 scale or higher." Well....I guess for certain academic institutions this would be so, but certainly not all. At SOME, like my alma mater for instance, even a 2.7 out of 4.0 for the CGPA would be good for my degree program (BSEE). In fact, that's what my current employer SAID when I interviewed
