We all stopped at work for a minute. I can remember I had on the tv all night and waking up to the sound of the talking head saying the WTC was on fire and I watched the second plan hit.

Those of us who have been down range and our families and close friends get it but most of the sheeple are ready to forget. I was day shift at CityPlex when it happened. Needless to say that had us hopping. Glad I had the truck that day.

There are too many ignorant people in this world so wrapped up in their own lives that they don't even remember.

Yep love, you are now one who has helped bear the burden so it is ingrained in you more than the popularity patriots.

"Stupid is as stupid does". Too many stupid people in the world today.

I changed my whole layout on myspace because of 9/11. I will always remember because I've had too many friends head over to Iraq and Afganistan for me NOT to care.

Hold your head high soldier because you have friends that are proud and grateful for the time you've served!

That really is sad. I work at the state capitol building, and every morning I walk up the marble plaza check the flag...

I hear ya. After over 19 years in the Army Guard this is a touchy subject with me. I feel like an anomolly in this generation. I hate to say it but some of us were just raised better. We will go through it again at work on Dec 7.
