Yep, the major problem with myspace is they let just anyone edit everything. This keeps the horror limited to one corner of the web, I suppose, which is probably a good thing...

Hmm, I hadn’t thought of that… I suppose that’s the flipside of all the customization options LJ provides for us, that they also prevent us from modifying things so much as to make a big mess.

Putting on my philosopher’s hat, I suppose this adds another point in favor of “freedom within boundaries” being true freedom, while “freedom without boundaries” eventually becomes anarchy… (or perhaps I’m giving it too much thought…)
