Today went well had a few more cals than i wished but didnt binge had a crazy binge on sat night ate pizza choc lots and couldnt even purge bc my mam was in the next room hope to fast on wens to sun so i can reach my goal weight another 17lbs and i'll be ana according to by bmi atlast i'll be back there again i hate being ednos which i suppose is
