Whew! Another con come and gone!
I didn't get to do too much this year compared to previous years. (I did go to a meet-up, and I only bought a few things)
I went with four friends, so it was good company. ouo
(WARNING: LOTS OF PHOTOS AHEAD, and I mean LOTS xDDD )
Friday I got to cosplay Shion from No. 6.
It was fairly busy at our hotel; it took a while for us to get our supplies in our hotel.
The first great cosplays I found that day. 8D (They had a Madoka with them, but she left with them before I had a chance to take a photo, oh well... e_e )
As soon as we got settled into our hotel, everyone else got into their costumes for the day.
One of our roommates was working on a Link cosplay in the hotel, so he spent the majority of his time in regular clothes.
Once we were all ready, we headed down to the pre-registration line to get our badges.
While walking down to the line, I bumped into another Shion! (she was so cuute)
Little did we know though that the pre-reg line extended OUTSIDE around the perimeter of the con centre! (you can see a small glimpse of the line in the above photo, and they didn't go through those doors, they had to go AROUND!)
You know a line is too long when it extends outside!
Still we managed to entertain ourselves for the good 2.5 hours of waiting xD
Doctor!
I'm sure I spotted at least 10 Doctors during the entire con (only tenth and eleventh doctor cosplays though)
Finally we got inside...!
The "up" arrow could easily detach so the cosplayer can see where he's going (he's also known for cosplaying the Kawashima head from the Brain Age games xDD )

I'm sure we were almost halfway through the line at this point.
I bumped into this doctor at least five times while we were STILL waiting in line. (I think she was walking up and down the line to find a friend)
There was one point where she would be eyeing me and even said, "I don't trust you..." xDDDDD
We did talk about Doctor Who stuff while waiting.
At one point when I said I was almost caught up in the Doctor Who episodes, she asks me, "What's your favourite Tom Baker episode? ;) "
I should have meant the new series xDD (I still want to watch the old series too!)
We got to talk about Doctor Who stuff too. (he even behaved in character, it was amusing xD )
He warned me though about watching for any weeping angel cosplays or angel statues in general >A>;; (though I didn't find any luckily xD )
We found out later that he was our hotel neighbour!
Even while my group was very close to the door where we get our badges, it was still killer to wait 10-20 minutes just outside!
But it was very relieving to finally get our badges, though we had to go back to the hotel to rest for a few minutes before leaving again.
My friend who was cosplaying Secret Black Vow Miku missed a Vocaloid meet because of the long wait! ;n;
Apparently the huge line was because of a power outage the night before, interfering with people who were registering then. (because usually the pre-reg line would at least take 10-20 minutes!)
So after a quick rest and change for some of the members in our hotel, we headed out to the con again.

BATMANNNN
We spent most of our one hour looking through the dealers hall, finding anime merchandise.
We only spent about 5 minutes in the artist alley before it closed for the night, but that's what the rest of the weekend was for, so we decided to head back to the hotel.
Great to find another SBV Miku there! (and it was only Friday!)
Charlotte! (and a clever cosplay too!, won't say why because it's a spoiler xDD )
(I don't like the lighting in the main hotel room. It's difficult to take pictures without getting a blurred photo Dx )
Another Doctor!
(I had no idea the photo ended up so dark! Then again it was 9:30 PM >.< )
Since I was getting tired at this point, I decided to call it a day while my roommates went to party at the rave (I know, I'm so boring... xDD )
While I was trying to sleep, I had an idea about taking a night photo outside my hotel room without getting a shaky result...
And it worked!
Mighty pleased with the result!
On Saturday I went as Sealand.
We decided to buy some food to eat later, so some of us went shopping at a local Safeway (in cosplay xDD )
Gosh her outfit is so gorgeous!!
Once we were finished shopping, we headed back to the hotel to snack on what we ate.
Since one of my friends was cosplaying Shiemi, she wanted to go to a Blue Exorcist meet later in the day.
Link and Nii are twins!
Unfortunately, because his sword was made of metal, he couldn't wear the outfit at the con. Boo :(
Not too long after we enter the elevator, it randomly stops, scaring some of us inside, so we had to stop and take the stairs the rest of the way down. (we had to use stairs most of the time because of this, though I was cheering in my mind, probably because I survived my first elevator malfunction xDD ))
It's always a joy to see Russell at Fanime :)
We bumped into our friend (who also cosplayed at the Cherry Blossom Festival) and did some Korra posing.
Oh my gosh she was so cuuuuuute!
And a natural-born poser as well! (I can see her cosplaying more in the future)
(there was even a baby in a little Totoro outfit! AAAAAA)
ASDFGH-- She looks so adorable as Shiemi.
This attracted quite a few photographers!
At this point we decided to go to the Blue Exorcist meet...
Along the way, I got hug-grabbed by a Fem-Italy.
(I was okay with it since I didn't get hurt. At least it wasn't a freakish tackle glomp like last year! *owwwww* >A>;; )

(I worried a bit I was interrupting his phone call, since I had no idea before I took the photo, but he didn't seem to mind xD; )
The Blue Exorcist meet was originally indoors, but when quite a few cosplayers for the series came, they decided to move outside...
Interesting that there were more photos for individual characters than groups or pairings (though probably because there are fewer characters than, say, Hetalia, a group meet I went to two years ago (has it been that long??!))
What would happen if Rin met another version of himself?? xD

(lots of people were buying and wearing the ears! I almost wanted a pair xDD )
Since we hardly went into the artist alley, I decided to go just five minutes before it closed.
I was hoping I would go again Sunday since I hardly got a chance to look at everything and see which artists were there. D:
Afterwards when everyone left to go to the rave, I decided to sleep in again xDD
Not as great as the previous night, but still pleased.
Sunday I went as Chibitalia.
Though there was a Hetalia meet today, I couldn't go because I was feeling nauseous at the time, which ended up being a false alarm (maybe because I was nervous, I shouldn't be!! It ruins everything!! Dx )
We didn't leave until around 3 PM, but we headed over to the dealers hall again.
There was also a Sailor Neptune but I don't trust the lighting here >n>

I found about five Shions during the entire con, and yet no Nezumis! It made me a little sad :c
Though I did find a Nezumi on the last day, but because we were in a moving crowd going in opposite directions I wasn't able to get a photo. Boo me :C

I think he was the Doctor I saw outside on Friday.
I saw a couple of No Faces this year.
(The lighting wanted to be mean to me this year too ònó )
At this point all I bought were a couple of No. 6 bags, while my friend was buying Blue Exorcist stuff. (I'm helping my friends go broke here =7=;; )
We then finally headed over to the artist alley.
I love the mean-looking panda in the middle-right (don't be fooled by their cuddliness, they're deadly! >A> )

We briefly went back to the hotel before I decided to head back to the artist alley one more time to maybe buy more things (though I only had over half an hour to browse before closing xD; )

(I was wearing my glasses so I could see what the artists were selling-- I MEAN No I wasn't *SHHH* )
I was taking a picture of him while waiting to get a Shion button just a couple of minutes before the artist alley closed oAo;;
After getting my button, one of my friends who was cosplaying from Michiko to Hatchin found someone who was cosplaying Michiko and they were fangirling over how they weren't the only ones who knew about the show.
They were exchanging websites even while the con announcer told everyone to leave the artist alley.
Ahhh she was cosplaying Nice from Baccano! (sad I wasn't cosplaying Jacuzzi at the time ;n; )
We all then decided to call it a night.
Everyone else originally wanted to go to the rave again, but because they were having such an in depth conversation, they decided to forget about the rave xD
Monday I went as Sealand again.
Since we had a couple hours to kill before we had to check out of our hotel, we did some last minute purchases.
We arrived before any of the exhibits opened so we had to stand in a line to go into the dealers hall again.
My friends wanted to buy a couple more things both at the dealers hall and the artist alley.
Once we were finished, we quickly headed back to the hotel since it was almost time to check out.

All in all, it was pretty fun.
Didn't get hurt, yay ouo
I kinda wish I did more this year.
Hoping to get a table at the artist alley next year (I actually might, but fingers crossed)
