the same thing happens to me when i have a crush on someone.
you attempt to make it work the best you know how, even if your best is taking 500 years to even say hi to them on msn.
you don't know what they will find weird or not like about you, so you play it safe and just don't do anything. and when you do something you just make a fool out of yourself.

It's natural for you to just want to keep it in. Everything always feels so good when it's just a secret you share with yourself (and a few friends). There's no pressure. But it sounds like you really do like this guy, and I'm sure he likes you too! If you feel like you're ready, you should just take the risk. Risks can lead to great things. And even if they don't, then the person wasn't worth it in the first place (and anyone else would love to have you!). I'm sure waiting is just tearing you apart, so go ahead and express your feelings. Love makes the world a better place. Lol. Bonne Chance! LOL.

Andrea, take the risk. It sounds like you really care about this guy. Not knowing him isn't much of a problem, because the relationship will develop over time. & Don't worry you're not the only one who feels like this. I also experience situations quite like this. But I mean, if you feel its right then go for it. If he says or acts stupid, then you can do much better. Believe me Andrea, I bet there are a lot of guys that like you out there, but they could be just like you, to shy to reveal it. && YOU"RE SOOOOO PRETTY! But I hope everythings works out for the best =) Because YOU DESERVE THE BEST ANDREA. YOU ROCK!
