Freezing Serpents

So I wake up today and as I'm driving to work I hear we're up for a frost warning tonight. Wow. It sure is early for that, but okay. On the way home, I hear it's been upgraded to a freeze warning. It needs to hurry up and get cold here. I LOVE winter. I hope it gets really cold for Halloween this year, I always wind up sweating to death in my costumes.

Hee hee. Yeah, it is a tad bit early for a cold snap, but only by a week or so. September is when it starts getting cold in the midwest, more so the further north you go. My parents had frost just a couple nights ago, and they're in south dakota! Makes me so glad i moved to atlanta, that's for sure. But yeah, it's pretty normal. Prepare for it to be mothereffing cold from now until... april... no, may. :P

Depending on the medication (controlled substances are *generally* out, but sometimes not), talk to your pharmacist about getting the prescription partially filled. If the regular one says no and there's another in the pharmacy that you usually go to, talk to the other one. It's up to the individual pharmacist, but they're generally very willing to give you enough to get through to your payday, when you come to pick up the rest of your prescription.

it was probably either a Garter snake or a pine snake. don't worry they aren't poisonous. i used to catch them all the time as a kid.
