You will forgive me for being gone - life is busy, hard and slow when you are not yourself.

I found out a week ago that my hormones were all off.  Well only one of the main trifecta - testosterone.  I was operating at 20 % of what I should have for my age.  Yup.  Frankly, I called that one 2 yrs ago but have hoping it would recalibrate on it's own ( Read more... )

I always look forward to your entries here.

I'm sorry about your friend. So heavy. I hope that things are resolved for him soon...

I am glad that you have some answers about your health. Even if it's not a good thing - it is always so much better to just KNOW so that you can get treatment.

Thanks sweetie - I am so glad I have this place to write it down...

Yes, it's very heavy about RugbyMan. He's such a dear and I have been trying to distract myself all week - one to go now - and hope I hear from him soon.

Oh on the contrary - It is a GOOD thing. I've guessed this for a long time, knew it wasn't anything else, and knew it was more than just depression. This has been an incredibly validating experience. I am confident that this will make me feel sooo much better. I've done so much research and am putting my intentions and energies forward. Thank you for your support and friendship.

Good to see you posting! I admit, I checked I thought you had "unfriended" me, probably because of my lack of posting. I have been on Facebook alot connecting with old classmates and ex-coworkers.

I TOTALLY can emphathize on the stay at home Mom isolation. Like you, my husband traveled alot (not so much any more) but having a small child and him being gone 3-6 days per week was unbearable. When he was home he was short and uninterested. When I tried to talk about how unhappy I was he would say "you should feel lucky to stay home". It was a Catch 22, I did feel lucky to be home, but at the same time I needed some accolades from the outside world. At times it is a thankless job and that it is a 24/7 job.

Hang in there girlfriend!

It's really good to hear from you again...I've wondered where you've been. Now I know you're cheating on LJ HeHe.

Glad to hear you've gotten some answers on your health. You know your body but it's often very hard for doctors to believe you enough to run the tests/give the meds you need. I feel sure you'll be feeling better soon!

Man that sucks about RugbyMan...what did she have him arrested for? if you don't mind me asking. I know from when my brother was recently in jail they can only make collect calls. Hope he gets out soon and gets things worked out. And it's really nice to hear you've got a friend like him, he sounds great.

How are the girls? I just registered DevinLee for Kindergarten...sad times for me. He's growing up so fast my head spins.

Well I've written a book. I'm just glad to hear from you again. Love and Hugs!
