Is this campus housing? I've never seen anything so nice (and actually looks like a house!) on a college campus!

It is! But it wasn't originally. The singles accommodation was built for purpose but I think nearly all of the campus housing for families is apartments and terraces like ours that were bought in the streets around the college after the college was established.
It's the first time I've lived in a house since I was living with my parents!
