ANON. All of this is what I most wanted to read, thank you thank you! You're so good at sneakily covering - on close inspection, really beautifully illustrative - material details in the course of writing the most satisfying character interaction imaginable. Also liberally adding KITTANS without it being annoying, how do you do that!

I really try never to pull a Tolkien, with pages about the greenness of the grass while the characters do sweet fuck-all, including interaction.

holy fucking shit, anon, I just marathoned the whole damn thing over the past two days and I am stunned. This is amazing and wonderful and bookmarked like woah.

The fact that Eddie was singing "Dog Eats Dog" in the last part had me screaming a little, and Walter and Blair are adorable. Thank you for the effort you're obviously putting into this, and I'm eagerly awaiting new parts.

And I was looking up the songs in Les Mis again because I haven't heard it in ages, and I just stared at Dog Eat Dog, because it's Eddie's fucking song, full stop. XD

I also haven't heard Les Mis in forever, probably since I was in high school myself, so it took me a while to remember what the words to the song actually were. I'm pretty sure the look on my face was absolutely hilarious, though. Agreed in that I am going to have a difficult time imagining anyone BUT Eddie singing it in the future :D
