Hey everyone! My name is Maya and I've been a huge fan of Monty Python since 8th grade, and a fan of "Spamalot" for a few months. I have read several reviews of the touring cast, both official and from message boards and I have been hearing great things about everyone, well with the exception of the Lady of the Lake...seems like they can't cast that role too easily, not even on Broadway. Sara was just too good. Anyway, everyone else has been getting raves as has the show on a whole. I would love to see the touring cast. I've seen the Broadway version about 15 times. But I doubt I make it out there so I'd love to hear about everyone's experiences seeing it.

WOW! 15 times! That's impressive! Like really, really impressive.

Have you seen Lauren Kennedy as the Lady yet? I have her "Songs of Jason Robert Brown" (because I'm basically in love with him) and her voice is very...poppy. Not quite right for such a diva role. Is that what she's like on Broadway?

I have seen Lauren Kennedy. I don't like to be mean so all I'll say is I was not impressed. She had a lot to live up to with Sara being before her but she just doesn't seem to have it. I felt like she was trying too hard to be funny. I've heard people say she's been amazing in other things so I think it's just this role is not suited for her.
